You can check on your sound settings by following the attached guide. This will be relevant if you aren't getting sound in Zoom, to your ViewSonic, or from your laptop. You can follow these basic steps:

1. Click on the speaker icon/internet connection box at the bottom right of your screen in Windows 11, next to the date and time.

2. At the bottom of the window that pops up, you'll see a sound adjustment along with an icon on the right that looks like a line with a circle and a speaker on a line under it, with a greater-than sign ( > ) next to it. Click on this.

3. These are your available sound output sources. The Cast audio sources are typically for ViewSonic, while the RealTek Audio is for your laptop/desktop itself. Typically, you will not use any Display audio settings unless you have a specific type of set up. Select the one relevant to what you need.

You can also go into the more in-depth sound settings by going to your search bar at the bottom of the screen and searching for "sound mixer".Click on the sound mixer settings, and you can also adjust the volume, change your output device, and change your input device here. If you click on "Sound" at the top of the window, you can also change more settings.
